Voicemails and Communication Issues
We want to give everyone an important update regarding our phone and communication challenges during the storm recovery. Over the nearly two weeks that our phones were down, voicemails continued to come in, filling up the system even though we didn’t have access to them at the time.
Once we got our communications back up, we found over 300 voicemails waiting for us. Some of these calls had already been taken care of by people who came into the business and filled out a work order. Others were from people who ended up calling someone else and getting their work done. However, some voicemails still need to be addressed, and we are working hard to get through them.
It has been incredibly challenging to sift through all these messages while also answering the new calls that continue to come in. On top of this, our phone system is still not working at full capacity because we don’t have the same system setup with our normal internet provider, which gave us more bandwidth.
We are actively working on all these issues, but if you need service or assistance, we strongly recommend coming into the office to speak with us and fill out a work order, as it remains the most reliable way to ensure we can get your needs addressed.

Update: 10/28/24
Expanded Hours and Improved Communication
As of this week, we are expanding hours to 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM Monday through Friday, aiming to return to normalcy with employee schedules and customer support. Our internet provider (Zito) is now operational, so our phones are working better. However, call volume remains high, so we ask customers to continue being patient with us.
Our service departments are implementing new texting features to keep customers updated on work order status and scheduling.

NOTE: Our service men are sent out at 7:30 am Monday-Friday. On certain occasions they may be able to finish their calls before 5:30 and take more calls.This is not guaranteed. Please note that any service done on Saturday will be at an overtime rate.
